Of the cars I have had over the years the one that I miss to this day is this '66 Coronet. I've always leaned toward factory looking restorations and left the race stuff to the race bred mechanic types. This car came to me with the body and interior done but an engine that just didn't seem to run as it should. With the idea of restoring the engine compartment only and then selling to finance the '72RR/GTX's restoration, I proceeded to pull the motor for a rebuild. One thing led to another and the car ended up being the scariest (read most fun) street monsters I've ever driven. With a 4 speed and 4.30 rear, it was truly a Saturday night cruisin' beast! By the way...the first guy that answered the ad bought it.
